Kitchen Sink
- 25 Year Warranty on the Sink main body
- 12 Month Warranty on all Kitchen Accessories
Mixer Tap
- 2 year Warranty on Cartridge and Valve defaults
- 12 month Warranty on Washers, O-rings and Flexi-hose
Terms and Conditions
Warranty applies to the original purchases and proof of purchase date and invoice must be provided.
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the goods are suitable for the application and purpose intended. Mixer Taps are only for residential use only and must be installed by a licensed plumber in accordance with the National Plumbing and Drainage Code 3500 1995. Copy of the licensed plumber’s invoice who installed the product as well as the copy of his/her registration certificate must be provided on request. Mixer taps must be working under the conditions of maximum temperature 70C and pressure 600kPa.
Please check the product for any visible damage or fault before installing. Return to the place of purchase immediately if you do find any visible damage or fault. If you product is installed with visible faults or damage neither the supplier or retailer will be responsible for the costs associated with repair, replacement, removal, freight and reinstallation of that product.
Please note that following will not be covered by warranty:
- Improper installation or failure to follow fitting instructions
- Alteration of repair of the product other than approved by Versastyle
- Any cost incurred in freight or travel, removal or replacement, labour cost, personal loss, injury, economic or property damage of any kind
Versastyle offers free 12 month onsite warranty (only in Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane metropolitan areas). After 12 months of purchase please send product back to retailer or supplier for limited mechanical repair or replacement.
